As you have got 96.35 percentile in MHTCET in open category, but you have not specified any particular branch you want to apply in so I cant give you specific answers but yeah talking in general, you have decent Marks but getting VIT might be tough but yes

In GATE you need to score 25 marks(General), 22.50 (OBC), 16.60 (SC/ST/PWD) to get qualified in GATE exam.
To get into IIT's, you must have a score above 700.
