It is dependent on verious factor like state home quota,your category and in which nits you wants to gets addmission. So if you get benefit of state home quota and category ,you can get addmission in nit otherwise you can not get.So i suggest you to fill iiits also
You cant refill the preference order once selected in the counselling. You can try to change for spot round which is the special round by refilling the form for it. If it doesnt seems possible to you then go for the branch you got and study for one year and

I would suggest that you go for BE CSE in PSG college of Technology. It would be because PSG is better than SASTRA and also because even after doing B.sc you have to study for masters to land a job. Whereas B.tech is enough to get you a good job.
