It is difficult to get admission in CS at a government college with your MHT-CET marks. And it also depends on which government colleges you are trying for admissions.

Sorry to disappoint you but JSS Noida in among the top private colleges of AKTU hence it's cutoffs are very high. Even with your girl rank you chances of getting cse are very low in the college but you may get other lower branches as their cutoffs are comparetively lower.
