If you rank is 348 in jee advanced 2019 then may be you will get cs branch (4 year program ) but you will definitely get cs (5 year program) in IIT KHARAGPUR.I am saying on the basis of previous year opening and closing ranks.

No, the opening and closing ranks for shankaracharya university were 216 and 1260 respectively for the previous years. You can try other branches. If you have given other exams you can keep your options cause most probably you wont get here.
