The main differences between B.Tech and BE are as follows:
B.Tech(Bachelor of Technology) is actually an UG degree which you can achieve after you complete 3 or 4 or 5 year program from an accredited university. This duration of course depends on the type of course you want to pursue. You can pursue B.Tech in Electrical Engineering, Electronics and Communication Engineering, Food Technology etc.
BE (Bachelor of Engineering) is of 4 years duration. Fields of specialisations include Software Engineering, Clean technology, Agricultural Engineering and many more.

The operating softwares laptops is mostly dependent on the type of application which the system offers, at the job nature of the client availing the product.
WINDOWS laptop is mostly used for professional uses as it offers a smooth running software better than other softwares in most of the times. MAC laptop, on the other hand can be used as a better gaming and graphics system because of its able response networks.
