No , you can't get CSE in goverment college but may be you get CSE in any private college of west bengal.

Hello,
The chances of you getting CSE at Patiala campus are very minimal,so it depends on you whether you wish to go for next level of councelling or not.
The cutoff for CSE branch goes around 96 Percentile as per the previous year figures.

Yes you definitely can. This year even the minimum marks policy of CBSE board have been scrapped for admissions to IITs, NITs and IIITs. Look for other state entrance examinations as well. There are numerous such as UPSEE, WBJEE, KCET, COMEDK, etc. Moreover there are also some good private colleges
