On the basis of your rank and choices available you should go for CMR University Banglore. CMR University is better than Shri sairam college of engineering in terms of infrastructure, academics and placement oppurtunities. Big MNC visits CMR campus for recruitment drive.

you can apply for extended rounds (2 or 3).

apply for second round rather than accepting this seat.

No, you need to go for the first round for sure and then proceed for the next rounds . If you have missed for the first time then wait and try for the spot councelling and then participate in it. There are chances of getting good college in that round

in first round -> some of the candidates above your rank who had taken an admission in COMEDK first round but later got some other college somewhere else, so they opt out and withdraw from COMEDK leaving a vacant space which will be taken by later rank holders.
