Computer Science has now become the mist prioritised branch to get at colleges. And with that rank,I am sorry you may not get CSE at top colleges,but you may aim at some decent colleges. I am sharing a link below where you may get a list of colleges

Firstly,Congratulations on that rank in Comedk. Choosing a stream should always be done as per your interests,this is what I would advise always. At this rank you may not get top branches at top 4 colleges but you may surely find in the other ones.
