Well in order to get admission in any colleges which comes under the COMEDK 2019 program,you need to score atleast 50% if you are in the general category ,for the rest categories it's 10% less i.e 40%.

Hey , You can not get any government college with COMEDK rank 10000.Even you can not get it with rank 1 because COMEDK is an exam conducted only for private colleges.If you want adnission in government colleges  , you should give KCET, NEET ,JEE etc which are conducted for government
