Yes, any candidate from states other than Karnataka are also eligible to appear for COMEDK. There is a special test that is conducted for the candidates of Karnataka itself, which is KCET. COMEDK is for students outside Karnataka. Also, there is no seat reservation for students from outside
COMEDK 2018 syllabus for Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics is as follow.
Physics Syllabus:-
Heat and thermodynamics, Electrostatics, Oscillations, Thermal and Chemical effects of currents, Electromagnetic induction and alternating currents, Physical world & measurement, Introduction, description of motion in one dimension, Description of motion in two and three dimensions, etc.
Chemistry
There is no COMEDK now as the seats are filled on the basis of NEET and the counseling for state colleges and private ones will be done through Karnataka state authoirty. Also, the cut off varies college to college so please be specific with the one you are interested in?
