Yes, any candidate from states other than Karnataka are also eligible to appear for COMEDK. There is a special test that is conducted for the candidates of Karnataka itself, which is KCET. COMEDK is for students outside Karnataka. Also, there is no seat reservation for students from outside Karnataka.
