both the courses diploma in construction management and post graduate diploma in same are referred as diploma courses, but the difference is that post graduate diploma is considered as high course than that of only diploma course , and post graduate course is done after completing your graduation but diploma can be done after completing your 10th standard.

KIITEE it's a national level online based exam. It's conducted by KIIT University for the admission to course like management, engineering, nursing and other courses.
