    Due to DTEs new changes,i am OBC but taking admission in OPEN quota,so can i apply for OBC in next(secnd)year for scholarship,MHTCET 2018?

    You can use OBC quota now. Caste validity certificate can be generated till some later date. You just need to attach the copy of application form for caste validity certificate.
