To do cosmology, you needn't necessarily go for engineering. You can do a major in physics and take up Cosmology as an elective. Then later you can specialize in astrophysics in your further studies, preferably in PhD.
Some universities do offer major with cosmology elective. You can research further regarding the universities.

Cosmetology is related to the study of cosmetics and their use. The course covers basic and advanced areas in Skin Care, hair care, electrolysis, weight management, make-up, Laser course, spa course, aroma therapy, salon services, nail course, mehendi course, salon management skills, etc.
Since you have asked the question months ago, I hope you have got admission in any decent college.
Also, selecting any course depends on individual's personal skills and interests. You should opt for the course in which you are interested.
