Yes there is an alternative for it. You can create a self attested affidavit claiming that the person mentioned in the ews certificate and the applicant are same. Also it should be supported by relevant documents of you, your parents and all other things mentioned in the certificate.

See if there is merely a spelling mistake in the name of you mother in either of the document then there would be no problem but yes if the complete name is different in both the documents then you have to file an affidavit and just submit that

If we go by last year AIQ cut-offs for UR then it has been above 611 marks, hence with 546 the chances to secure GMC and more so with UR category is quite tough, though you may have chances for government dental college through AIQ in ESIC Dental College,

No, it is not mandatory to attend AIQ counselling after successfully qualifying Neet examination. You can keep the examination and can attend your State quota counselling. On behalf of you it may be said that he can attend your state Kota Tamil Nadu  counselling.
