You  have ews certificate issued on 8/1/2021  it is valid for ts eamcet 2021 counselling .The validity of EWS certificate is 1 year. But the website mentioned that it is valid if taken on or after 1/1/2021,  your certificate is  valid as your certificate is issued on 8/1/2021

For students of oc category there is no need of caste certificate.

Caste certificate is to be shown only by the bc sc and st category students.

So there will not be a problem if you attend the councelling without caste certificate.
