Yes, you can upload digilocker certificates during registration and in CSAB counselling. However you should call helpline number or mail them for a reply and confirm with them too for once.

As a general rule if a candidate fails to freeze a seat allotted to him/her and all the rounds of counselling are completed then that seat will not automatically freeze and be considered to have been cancelled or not accepted by the candidate. It will then probably be
