Generally they ask for central government caste certificate.but please check expiry date of your certificate.if date of your caste certificate expired then please renew it also check guidelines of upsee councelling they will set a date and certificate made up off after that date

Once you attend a round of counselling ie you are physically present there, it does not matter whether you get a seat or not. You are automatically eligible for the subsequent round, and you can attend it either for up gradation
