Declaration of councelling result in on 15-10-2020 at 5:00 P.M

Reporting in allotted institution is from 16-10-2020(11:00 A.M) to 17-10-2020(6:00 P.M).

No, you can't submit at the time of admission. whatever the documents required at the time of counselling you should have at that time otherwise your process will not take it forward. Better to be prepared for all the documents at the time of counselling because without proper document
