As you have not given your marks or rank but then also  for the colleges options you have given here according to that if considering for college then you should place first SGSITS,DAVV,JABALPUR ENGINEERING COLLEGE,UJJAIN,SAMRAT ASHOK VIDISHA,RGPV bhopal. It is placed in the order of government colleges to private colleges.

KEA (Karnataka Exam Authority) conducts the counselling procedure on 85% seats for local student (Karnataka state student) and remaining 15% seats for AIQ(All India Quota) students.

Since, You are not Karnataka domicile so to participate in Karnataka Ayush counselling you need to apply for All India Quota(AIQ).
