It is very difficult to predict the chances of getting seat in a desired branch because seats are allotted based on candidate's preferences, merit rank, category and seat availability. In 1st blank you need to fill yoir father/mother name and also tick on father/mother which ever is applocable. And in 2nd blank you need to write your name. Also during counselling you need to show certificate of mother/father whichever is applicable.
