Yes both the 15% All India quota and 85% state quota counselling for Delhi University colleges (with Vardhaman mahavir medical college) is done by Medical counseling committee. But for Indraprastha University ig is done by separate body or IPU itself.
And for other states the 85% state quota counselling
There are 3 Categories in Private Medical Colleges. Category A is the Government Quota Seats. And only candidates of the home State are eligible to apply for these seats. So if you hold the domicile of Telangana, you cannot participate in Government Quota seats of other State Private Medical Colleges.
