Based on reservation , rank , branch you pick to do your graduation , they will allot your seat in particular college , so there are few reservation seats so if you keep your ews certificate then you will have good chances for better colleges like for example

72 percentile is a good score for the ST reservation, and you will get atleast some lower NITs.

You can attend JOSAA Counseling.
But you cannot choose IITs .
You can choose colleges those accept JEE Mains score like NITs, IITs, GFTIs etc.,,
