If you have paid ones already for the counselling then you don't have to pay for other round of counselling as if you don't get seat in the first counselling then you will automatically entitle for the other round of counselling and you do not have to

It is difficult to tell you the exact cut off of this year but we can predict cut off by seeing the last year cut off for Sri Sivasubramaniya Nadar College of Engineering, Kalavakkam. The last year cut off was 170 for MBC category for Computer science and engineering

If you family's annual income is less than 8 lakhs per annum then you will come under OBC-NCL but if it is more than 8 lakhs per annum then you will come under creamy layer and they are considered as general category. And you are only eligible to get

Yes you can change your course during counselling session. Counselling is done for this purpose also. After counselling it will be difficult to change the course. But it also depends on that seats should be available for the course you changed because you had applied for different course.
