Hello Aspirant,
Without any scholarship or fee reimbursement scheme it would be quite difficult to get any private MBBS college with complete fee of Ra. 25 Lakhs because MBBS is quite expensive in Private colleges as compared to other courses and it can cost you around 35-40 Lakhs or more in Bihar.
If you can prepare well and somehow get good score in NEET UG then you can go for government colleges for MBBS where fee is quite lower as compared to that of private colleges and your budget will also be maintained.
Through All India Quota, it is tad difficult to get admission to any of the government medical college for MBBS because there also the cut-off was above 600 score out of 720 in 2021-22 session so competition is quite high and if you are seeking admission in government medical colleges then you need to have at least 580+ score in NEET UG 2022 for government colleges through state quota counselling of Bihar and through All India Quota counselling you should try to secure at least 620+ out of 720 to get decent government college for MBBS.

Dear aspirant
Almost now every medical course have bond amount or undertaking form which state you will have to pay whole course fees if you leave the course in mid way.
This is being done due to wastage of seat as if someone leave in between that's seat remains always vaccant and there's loss for college.
So when you are getting admission sign every bond paper or undertaking form after reading carefully.
Mostly you will have to pay whole course tution fees to get your original documents if you leave course in between
So be careful and take wise decision about that, once you get in somewhere it's always hard to come out and also it will divide your attention and you may not fully concentrate on your neet preparation
Predict your admission chances in MBBS / BDS / Ayush seats, use our neet college predictor tool from link below

Hello,
Yes, the seat acceptance fee in CCMT regular rounds will be adjusted towards the institute fee. After the seat allotment the candidates who are willing to accept the seat need to pay the seat acceptance fee if not the seat will gets cancelled. If a candidate is participating in special round then the candidate has to pay participation fee at the time of registration of special round. This will be a part of the institute fee and will be adjusted against the finally allotted institute’s admission fee. If the candidate has already paid Seat acceptance fee and Partial admission fee in regular rounds then that fee will be adjusted towards participation Fee in special round. If a candidate has only paid seat acceptance fee during regular rounds but not paid partial admission fee then difference of Special round Participation fee and Seat acceptance fee will have to be paid by the candidate.
The MBBS degree in one of the well known degree and hence there are large number of government as well as private colleges who provide this degree but as we all know that getting any government colleges you required very high marks and for private you required a very high money so in your case if you are looking for private college than there are a lot colleges but before landing in any of the college make sure to do its complete research and scope of your degree from that particular college and than only take decision accordingly.
Thank you..
It is quite difficult to get a seat in private colleges with 500 score in NEET, even with reservation due to increasing competition. I am mentioning below some private colleges which have a low budget as compared to deemed colleges and which you can get admission in, based on your score-
1. Mata Gujri Memorial Medical College- Tuition fee- 8 lakh per annum+ 3 lakh hostel and mess charges, cut off- 488
2. Narayan Medical College, Bihar- Tuition fee - 11.8 lakh per annum, cut off- 456
3. Lord Buddha Koshi Medical College- Tuition fee- 12.6 lakh per annum, cut off- 387
4. GSL Medical College- Tuition fee-12 lakh per annum, cut off- 430
5. NRI Medical College- Tuition fee- 12 lakh per annum, cut off- 498

CMC Vellore is one the premium medical College to study medicine and it's rank third among medical College all over India according to latest NIRF ranking.
There is no management quota seats there and fee's structure is also not what you have written. It's only cost 30-40k per year in CMC Vellore.
It has 84 seats reserved for Christian minority candidate and staff quota, only 16 seats are available for all india quota merit seat out of that only 12 are for Gen category and 3 for SC/St and 1 for central pool quota.
So if you want to get admission in CMC Vellore you need extremely high score due to low number seat in all india open category.
Last year all 100 seats were reserved for Christian minority so no all india open seat were there as per as high court orders. This year there is seat for all india quota also.
Before that in 2020 cut off marks was 626 marks for Gen category students and it was little low due to multiple postponement of counseling that year.
If you want to get this college you must need 640+ marks in neet 2022 to have good chance.
At your expected marks you don't have any chance to get into CMC Vellore
