As you are unable to attend 12 class terminal examination due to health problem then I have to clear it in the next year year annual examination as a regular candidate. No full evolution will be available in that second term examination. Herbal course candidate has to clear the term 1 examination fast and then he has to appear for term 2 examination of CBSE class 12 there in you will get the full evaluation. There is no rules for appearing both of the examinations in one term if you fail to appear in the first term examination of class 12 CBSE. I would suggest you to not drop your another year. All you can do is give another try to entrance examination but along with your degree as well. If you scored really well, then you can pursue with the obtained rank in the top institute and in case you don't score well, you can then continue with the degree only.
