Hope you are doing great. The fee for CPL in Bombay Flying Club is around INR 8 lakhs per annum to INR 10 lakhs per annum. Career as a pilot will always benefit you. You can either write the entrance exams such as NDA and work for the government or else, you can opt for private companies. So, after completion of the course, you will definitely be placed into better opportunities. And your package will range from INR 2 to INR 5 lakhs per annum.
It's your choice to choose, you can become an Air pilot, Commercial pilot, Fighter Pilot, Charter Pilot etc.,.

First of all any of the examination is never tough if you are well prepared.
Therefore DGCA CPL examination isn't tough, there are examples of individuals clearing the examination without coaching that too in the very first attempt therefore you can also clear the examination if you are well aware of the syllabus and thus the preparation strategy.

Every year the MPSC State service prelims is held in April. The notification comes around First week of December. The exam is a tough exam due to many factual questions being asked in it unlike UPSC. The exam is also tough for non Marathi candidates and English medium candidates.
DGCA exams are not that difficult . in fact they can be easy if you understand the concepts. I will highly recommend you to join classes as there is not a defined syllabus and books have lot of extra info. you can join Golden Epaulettes pilot training Academy.

Yes, you can start your bachelor degree with cpl but it is compulsory to pursue bachelor degree from that college from which your aviation institute have connected.
It means that you cannot pursue bachelor degree along with cpl from any other college.

Since both Aeronautical Engineer and Pilot are different, so Tech in Aeronautical Engineering is not a mandatory requirement. Anybody with PCM in class 12th is eligible to become a commercial pilot. To become a commercial pilot, B. Tech in aeronautical engineering is not a mandatory requirement. Hope this will help you.
