Hello Aspirant,

No, you cannot.
Whether its India or abroad, for pursuing Ph.D. in (Criminology) or Doctor of Philosophy in Criminology you will have to do bachelor's first and then masters in Criminology to be eligible for the course.
You cannot do BBA and then criminology course.

I hope this helps

what is a good option form the careers point of view, criminology or forensic science?

Pankhuri Kumari 23rd Dec, 2019
Hii Kanchha!
It purely depends on your interest. There's no such course as good or bad. Each field has its own specialities. You have to decide, which field to choose based on your interests. There's no separate course for criminology in india. You have to study it under forensics. You can do a diploma on it if you wish. Criminology is a special branch of forensics. Both the fields if considered separate are interesting. Both offer promising career ahead. Forensic science as a whole deals with scientific aspects of a case such as DNA, evidence, drug, bullets etc., Criminology on the other hand is the study of criminal behaviour. The psychology and sociology of criminal minds. Now, you have to decide, where do you want to be. Hope this helps.
Good luck!
