At this point you should know that there is no reservation in lnmiit so your obc category will give you no advantage although you can get a seat in lnmiit but specifically cse seat may not be possible as in 2020 the cutoff for cse was about 145 marks injee

First of all why are you going to lower nits like that of the north east you should try your luck in mnnit mnit or nits of the south but coming to your question definitely nit jaipur nagpur are far better than nits of northeast you should not go there

At about 69k rank and obc rank 18758 you can not get cs/it at iet lucknow as this is a good college and cutoffs of this college are not very high so there is no point being in false hope but yes you can participate in the counselling and hope

As per icsi rules cseet result is valid only for one year from the date of declaration of result.unfortunately your cseet result wont work after graduation.you have to reappear for the cseet if you register for cs executive after 1 year.
