With 64k general category rank it's not possible to get into the computer science engineering branch in any of the nits or iiits or top engineering colleges.

Not only in Maharashtra but in any state. Although you could get cse in some college like

Sir sorry to say but it is difficult to get cs or ict but you also have other choice so go for it or other chance of getting is if any seat is vacant then only is possible. I hope you got my points

If you have domicile certificate of Delhi region (Home state) then you may have a chance in ece branch.
