If pwd rank is 642 then yes you can get some good nits, but you won't get cse, although ece and it are available. Some nits for your rank are

  • Nit patna
  • Nit durgapur

For CSE you have low percentile in jee mains for NITs, IIITs or GFTIs in open category. You can opt for other engineering colleges tpo if you want use our college predictor.
