Marks doesn't matter if you have interest in CSE. Students scoring 90+ get frustrated by taking cse and students with just passing marks tops the college if they generate interest in the subject. Coding doesn't need a certificate you can garnish you coding skills by hard work slowly

Although cut off varies every year as it depends upon the no of students appeared, qualified, difficulty level of exam and other factors predicting college is difficult.
