It depends upon your interest and the time you are willing to give. Bsc is a 3 year undergraduation course while Btech is a 4 year course. Scope are available in both the fields but it totally depends on your interest and the practica knowledge you have.

Generally cutoffs changes each and every year as it depends upon various factors like, difficulty level of the paper, no. of students appearing for the exam, performance of the students in the exam, etc.

It depends on your future plans. UGEE mode is for dual degree admission in BTech+MS programm in IIITH. It is more research oriented and will prepare you for research based jobs and higher studies. If you want to get into that, go ahead.
While normal BTech CSE from VIT will
