With your score it might not be possible to get admission in any IIT or NIT as the cut off goes too high. You can apply in BITS or any other Institute of your interest accepting GATE score.

The top colleges in Bangalore like RV, BMS or MS Ramaiah is difficult to get if your rank is below 2000. But if you are from OBC category you need to have a rank within 3000 and for ST/SC category you need to have a rank within 4000.

Im really sorry to say that you could not apply for the Scholarship test but you can apply for the scholarship based on your 12th marks if you fulfill your score board according college criteria then you will take benefit of Scholarship.
