For a gate score of 402 your rank must be greater than 7.5k which is not good at all specially if you are a general candidate. I don't think you can get any IIT/NIT/IIIT not even DTU or NSIT at this rank. You can try for post

The exact prediction would be difficult regarding your admission possibilities based on your percentile. But based on this percentile the chances seems less to get a seat in NITs, IIITs & GFTIs.
You can try for the state level counselling like Punjab, Haryana Etc.

If you are a General Candidate then yes you can't apply because the minimum percentage criteria is 50%. But you have any sort of Reservation then you are ok with it as the minimum criteria is 45%.
