Scoring around 94-95 percentile in JEE mains would provide you with CS branch in any of the top as well as lower NITs(as you belong to SC category).

No you cannot, you will need to appear for the BETTERMENT exam as we know Physics Chemistry and Mathematics are the core subjects. So you must need to pass in each of them separately for sure to appear for graduation courses releated to PCM courses.

I had PCM + CS + ENGLISH AND DRAWING in 12th and aggregate of PCM is 73% but as per CBSE ony best 5 subjects out of my 6 subjects should be added to get percent so if i leave physics (my min marks subject) my percent is 78 . so am i eligible for jee exam?

Vikky, for Starters, there is no minimum aggregate criteria for JEE Mains. You should have completed your 12th with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics. Dear Aspirant, you can't get Computer Science (CS) in NIT with a rank of 45,000.
Low NIT's like NIT Srinagar and Nagaland also don't have that much lower cutoff.
For Example-you should have atleast Rank of around 20 to 25 thousand for getting Computer Science branch in NIT Srinagar.
