First of all congratulations on your result. The minimum eligibility criteria to get admission in PDPU is scoring at least 45% marks in class 12 or equivalent examination. But as you have scored 86% percent so there is no problem in the admission procedure.

You would get seat in CSE branch in Good college or not is totally depends upon whether you belong from ST,SC,OBC or General category.if you belong from ST or SC then only you may get seat in any NIT but not in Top NITs and if you belong

You can calculate your expected rank for January session by the formula (100-your total percentile)*869010/100
869010 is the number of candidates appeared in January session.
In April session the number of candidates appear is assumed to be 1200000 so the formula will be
(100-your total percentile)*1200000/100.

(100-your total percentile score)*869010/100.
here 869010 is a number of candidate appeared for the January session of exam.
