Honestly, 54 percentile score in JEE Mains is too low to get into any NIT or IIT irrespective of which caste or class you belongs to. Jee mains is a very tough exam and the cutoff of IIT and NIT went to 99 percentile. So I suggest you

Talking about the chances to get a seat in CS Branch will be tough in NITs, IIITs through JoSAA Counselling.

As Computer Science is the most demanding branch now a days, so the cutoff goes very high.
But

There are several good colleges that offer M.Tech for Data science and Cyber Security,  some of them are.

2. GITAM University  -  Data science   -  1,10,000 - 1,16,000
3. IIT Jodhpur - Data & Computational science - 13,000-1,04,000
4. IIIT Allahabad  - Cyber law & Information

You can choose Physical Education as an additional subject along with your PCM and Computer Science combination in Class 11 , provided your school permits it . Check with your school authorities for specific guidelines and availability.
