Incase you do not wish to accept the alloted seat in JOSAA counselling you need to withraw it else it will get refunded with a minimum deduction.
One can sit in CSAB, only if he/she has not accepted any seat in JOSAA.

In CSAB counselling seat allotment is based on CRL rank. In 2019 CSAB special round 2 a candidate with 5102 rank belonging to EWS category secured seat in NIT, Warangal in CSE under other state quota the cut off for the same category under home state was 4036. So
