To get a seat on any IITs it is necessary for you to crack JEE ADV. So apart from IITs , with this rank it is not possible for you to get any NITs or government colleges. So the only option for you to go for the autonomous Universities

Hello Aspirant! No, it's not necessary for the certificate to be signed by the SDO. It's only valid for State level exams. Your certificate should be signed by the DC or SDO. So your certificate will work for JEE but not for State level exams. Hope this helps.

Yes you can definitely participate in csab counselling even if you get a seat in josaa counselling. You should note that if you have paid the seat acceptance fee during josaa counselling then you will not be required to pay the seat acceptance fee again if you get a seat

There are very less chances to get a seat in IIITs or NITs through this rank. You may try in CSAB last round councelling, if seats remains vacant then you have a chance to get a seat. But you have chances to get a seat in state councelling.
