Candidates who have valid JEE Main rank and who participated in JoSAA 2021 but did not get seat are eligible for CSAB 2021 special round. Also the candidates who are allotted seats through JoSAA 2021 but not accepted their admission or cancelled the allotted seats are eligible for CSAB
