Now, if you do not got allotted any seat in josaa round counseling, then you are eligibly to participate in csab special round.

hlo sir/mam I got seat in jossa I had paid seat acceptance fee.for retain my seat I had paid partial admission fee.for csab round how much I have to pay as registration fee and if got in csab round how much seat acceptance fee I have to be paid

The instructions for candidates for special round has been released on csab official site.
Now, as you have paid the josaa seat acceptance fees and the partial admission fees, then your seat is retained.

Hello. Im rohitha. i got AIR 182547 and category rank 9414 ( SC ) in jee mains 2020. Is there any chance of getting CSE, IT OR ECE in top 10NITs in CSAB counselling ? if not which groups can i get in top 10 NITS. pz help.

With such a rank it is nearly impossible to get a seat in the top 10 NIT's. You could try out other lower ranked NIT's or iiit's or gfti's. To check what colleges you could get you could use the link given below:

seat acceptance fee in jossa(35000),partial admission fee to retain seat,csab fee is added to admitting institute fee or is it given to authorities

All the fees including seat acceptance fees, csab participation fees ( if you take part in csab special round counseling ) will be added/adjusted in the fees of alloted institute.

Now, as for the partial admission fees, then this is the new thing introduced this year for retaining

Dear Student,

The spot round counselling of JOSAA and CSAB counselling both are one thing. Central Seat Allocation Board (CSAB) conducts its special counselling on the vacant seats after JOSAA counselling.

CSAB allocate these vacant seats to students . CSAB 2020 will be conducted from November 17 after the JOSAA

Your category rank is very low and based on this rank it is very difficult to get any nit, but this answer is based on previous year colleges cut off and you know that cut off changes every year and also college seat is depend upon

Agr mujhe 5th round tk JOSAA mai koi seat allot nhi hoti hai toh kya mujhe counselling se exit ho jana chaiye....? AUR mai csab round mai kaise entry le skti hu...?

Actually without knowing your rank i cannot tell that wether it's a right decision to exit or not. Because you can try your luck at 6th round of josaa counseling.

Because the exiting option is only available till 5th round counseling. And you cannot exit at 6th round
