As per your rank let me tell you that in any nit or iiit it is not possible for you to get cse /ece branch even in NIT Andhra Pradesh. You can try for lower branches such production, metallurgy.
You can try for NITs like Meghalaya, Arunachal Pradesh, Srinagar, Agartala, Mizoram, Manipur. However various factors are considered while deciding the cut offs like number of candidates appearing in the examination, number of vacant seats in college, previous years cut offs and difficulty level of the paper.

Here, in CSAB rounds the CRL Rank is considered rathar than that of Category Rank . However, the reservation seats are to be filled up by the reserved candidates and not by General/UR. The Rank may go very below for SC/ST/OBC candidates than that of UR candidates. Good Luck !

General rank will be considered for IPU.
With this rank it's difficult to get college with CSE through JOSSA. You can try for other branches.
Some colleges you can consider are: IIITDM Jabalpur (Smart Manufacturing), IIITDM Kancheepuram (Smart Manufacturing), IIITDM Kurnool (Mechanical Engineering with Specialization in Design and Manufacturing).

Dear aspirant hope you are doing well. It's difficult to predict because cut keep changing every year depends on various factors like no of seat available , difficulty level of exam and no. of student appear in exam.
As you secured 1301 rank in jee mains. Yes you can get nit trichy through ews rank in jossa counselling but not cse branch because cut off rank for ews category of cse branch for other states is 100 for boys and 221 for girls.

You do have a chance, though, if your ranking is around the JoSAA cutoff for the seventh round. If you have a larger rank disparity, you may be able to apply to schools with low ranks. Avoid submitting applications to universities where, even if you were accepted, you would have to pay a fee before being given a place.

Considering that you have mentioned your OBC rank because OBC rank is to be considered for allotment, if it is CRL rank then kindly correct me in the comment section below.
As we go through the latest cut-offs of JEE-Main 2021 of JOSAA 6th round then it shows that the closing OBC rank for National Institute of Technology Raipur in 2021 was around 31k so with the mentioned OBC rank you have very less or almost no chances to get National Institute of Technology Raipur.
