Hello,
According to your information you are completing your B.Tech and you want to apply for the CSIR NET,24 but as per the eligibility criteria you cannot apply for it because candidates need to have a Post Graduation degree in the subject they are applying for than only you will be eligible for the exam.

In your last year of BS, you are qualified to take the CSIR NET exam, but only for a junior research fellowship, not an assistant professorship.
You must first complete your post-graduate degree if you intend to seek for an associate professor position.
And make sure your qualifying degree has a minimum aggregate grade point average of 55 %.

I would say that it's totally depends on you. If you want to do a government job or higher studies you should prepare for CSIR NET because if you qualify NET you will be able to become assistant professor in India and if you clear JRF then you can also apply for PhD and do research in your field and you get monthly stipend which can easily fulfill your needs. If you want to do a private job, you can become an educator in coaching institute. They are also get highly paid by the coaching institute. It's completely your choice.
