It is not possible to take law courses after tenth you need to qualify your 12th standard in MEC OR MPC or HSC  stream.

Then you can either apply to state level law entrance exams for 5 years BA LLBcourse  or national level exams like CLAT, LSAT, AILET

So far,  not heard any Indian university is offering online Ph.D! And if any university is offering online Ph.D, it would be not good in my opinion as per its quality concern!
