Hi sumit
Yes! As per my personal experience you can change your college during the 3 year or 5 year l. L. B course within Indian universities.
But here comes with hurdle in changing the colleges.
Generally if you are changing the college within the same university then there is no problem. But if you have to change university then there will be a little trouble.
Thanks
Hey Riya,
Here is a quick comparison of CR Law College, GJU Campus, and OSGU University for BA LLB to help you:
CR Law College : Affiliated with GJU, decent faculty, moderate facilities, and a peaceful environment.
GJU Campus : Offers BA LLB (Hons), approved by BCI, good infrastructure, and university-level exposure.
OSGU University : Modern infrastructure, better placements (up to 7-8 LPA), and private university flexibility.
If you want better placements and infrastructure, OSGU is a good option. For affordability and recognition, GJU is preferable.
Hope it helps !

Government Law College in Ahmedabad does not offer a BA LLB program; it provides a 3-year LLB course for graduates.
For a 5-year integrated BA LLB program in Ahmedabad, consider institutions like Gujarat University, which offers such courses.

Hello,
Clearing the UGC-NET (Law) exam requires a well-planned strategy. Here’s a simple guide to help you prepare:
Understand the Exam: Two papers – Paper 1 (General Aptitude) & Paper 2 (Law), no negative marking.
Know the Syllabus: Focus on Jurisprudence, Constitutional Law, IPC, CrPC, Contracts, etc.
Study Material: Use Trueman’s for Paper 1, S.K. Kapoor & Avtar Singh for Paper 2.
Practice & Revision: Solve previous papers, take mock tests, make short notes.
Daily Routine: Study 4-5 hours, revise weekly, stay updated with legal developments.
The admission process for BA LLB (Integrated Law Course) generally includes the following steps:
1. You must have completed 10+2 (any stream) with at least 45-50% marks (varies by college). Some relaxation is given for reserved categories.
2. Most top law colleges take admissions through entrance exams like:
CLAT (Common Law Admission Test) – For NLUs and many private colleges.
AILET (All India Law Entrance Test) – For NLU Delhi.
LSAT India – For private law schools like Jindal Global Law School.
State/University-level exams – Some states and universities conduct their own exams like MH CET Law, SLAT (Symbiosis), and CUET.
3. You need to apply online for the entrance exam or directly to the college (if it offers merit-based admission).
4. If you qualify, participate in the counseling process of the respective exam/university, choose your preferred college, and complete admission formalities.
Some private colleges also offer direct admission based on 12th marks.
To get admission to R.S. Banaras Law College , you must meet the eligibility criteria (10+2 for B.A. LL.B. and graduation for LL.B.). The admission process is usually merit-based.
Application forms are released online, and for the 2025-26 session, they are expected soon.
