If you want to pursue LLB 3 years program than you must be holding the degree of graduation course. It is the basic eligibility requirement for LLB 3-Year program.

You haven't mentioned whether you're enquiring about the courses at undergraduate or postgraduate level, anyway law as a program isn't considered valid by Bar Council of India if pursued in distance mode, so if you're interested in law, kindly go for the regular mode.
