Hello student yes you can pursue BALLB after 12 class as eligibility criteria says that applicants must have pass class 12 from any stream with atleast 50%marks appearing student for class 12 are also eligible.

Hello student student as per eligibility criteria applicants must have a Bachelor degree in law from any recognized Institute. As law isn't still available from open college/distance so you must have pursued law from a recognized college only so yes you're eligible you can apply for PCSJ.

If you are talking about LLB ,then NO. You can not obtain law degree through distance mode.

Also Bar council of India don't recognize law learned from distance mode and you won't get registered.
