Although you haven't mentioned you have got 45% at 10+2 level or graduation level nor you have mentioned your category, But, if you're asking for LLB Program, then yes,it's mandatory to have a minimum aggregate of 45% for  General Category  and for reserved category, there's relaxation of 5%, they
