Your marks  aren't that good but still you can try as you have a BC category . I'm not sure if you'll be able to get into the college but still don't loose hope and keep trying . There are other colleges as well .

Being a deemed university the exams are all India tests, ICAR exam for B.Tech and NDRI conducts its own entrance exam for M.Tech and Ph.D. admission is purely based on AIR.
